Terms and conditions for make to order ceramics:

1) Order Placement
.
•Orders can be placed through this link or via email. 
.
•Detailed specifications, including size, colour, design, and any personalisation, must be provided at the time of order. We highly recommend you to get in touch via email to discuss your commission requirements before making the order. 
.
2) Production Time
.
•Standard production time for custom ceramics is 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
.
•Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to our production capacity.
.
3)Payment
.
•For order under £100, full upfront payment is required. 
•For order over £100, a non refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of placing the order, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the order, prior to shipping or pick-up.

•We accept payments with major credit and debit car, bank transfer, or PayPal.
.
4) Changes and Cancellations
.
•Any changes to the order must be made within 48 hours of order placement.
.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of 50% of up front payment (for order under £100), or £50 (for order over £100). 
.
•After 48 hours, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
.
5) Shipping and Delivery
.
•Shipping costs are calculated by estimated weight at check out. You may get a partial postage refund if your order ends up weighing less than estimated.

.•Customers are liable for import tax or other custom duties charges occur from international shipping.
.
•For shipment within United Kingdom, £7.55 for parcel up to 2kg; and £10.55 for parcel over 2kg.
.
•For shipping to rest of the world, £25.4 for parcel up to 1kg; £32.5 for parcel up to 2kg; and £45 for parcel up over 2kg
.•To avoid breakage due to the weight of the pieces, your order may be split into two parcels.

•We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

•All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for damages incurred during shipping.

6) Returns and Refunds
.
•Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
.
•In case of damage or defects, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
.
•We will either replace the damaged item or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
.
7) Quality and Craftsmanship
.
•Each ceramic piece is handmade and unique; slight variations in color, size, and design are normal and add to the charm of the product.

•We ensure high-quality craftsmanship, but minor imperfections are inherent to the handmade process.
